FOR PICKUPS & DELIVERIES​ (USE DOCK 5-6):

1. Back into dock 5 or 6.

2. Enter the glass entry door located under the Warespace sign.

3. Once inside, there is a silver touchscreen machine on the left where you can click “Directory” and then type in our unit number “109”. This will dial our unit and we can then buzz you in.

4. Upon entry, stay left and walk down the hallway until just past the “Management Office” where you will see a grey door that enters docks 5 and 6.

5. The dock garage door buttons are located in the middle of the two dock doors.

6. There is a sign that states “Loading Dock 5 Controls” & “Loading Dock 6 Controls”. Press and hold “open” for a few seconds to see the first set of doors open.

7. If the main dock door is also closed, this opener can be found to the right of dock door 5 with a sign that states “Exterior Loading Dock Controls"

PICKUPS:

Pallet/s can be found in this dock area labeled with pallet tags and signed copies of the BOL.

DELIVERIES:

Leave packages and/or pallets anywhere you can find space in this dock area.

• Need a Pallet Jack?: Follow the signs to dock 7 and use any available pallet jack.
